Stream Conditions

Weather: sunny 85
Water: good flow clear, fairly cool
Flies: nymps, dries
Fished around the shop, working over the bass. Got six albeit small bass, either kentucky bass or largemouths on Isonychia nymph, green caddis nymph and a bee dry fly and olive may dry fly. Saw some trout but they weren't active in late morning/ afternoon sun. Anybody know how they stock this in the fall? I guess the state does it in October, do any clubs go earlier?
