Stream Conditions

Weather: P/c upper 60's
Water: good flow, fairly clear
Flies: some stray black stones
I'm not a truck follower, but.. was this stretch stocked for spring 2005? I was able to wade through most of the project above/below bridge lot and I saw very few signs of trout, either active or spooking them out of their lies. Any info on SR, please post, or should I be heading toward Neshannock for a better chance to see fish?
