I fished Spring Creek downstream and in the Paradise. First time I've been able to go out there since my dad passed away. Lots of good memories, we fished there a lot.
Well, they got a lot of rain and they needed it but it was bad timing from my point of view. I caught one fat brown and one huge sucker. A lot of bait fisherman, I saw one trout fall for a minnow, those guys tell me they catch about 15 fish a day normally. That's a lot of pressure on the trout.
Believe it or not, I saw a black bear across the stream from me. As the evening came on I went up to the Paradise and did well on sulfurs, missed a lot, those trout are educated!
